I Miss You

A faded kiss upon my deserted lips, laying in seclusion, I recall the feel of your finger tips. Consoled by the echoing whispers of your once spoken lullabies that cradled me, absent of your presence, it’s you I long to see.
Your eyes, your energy, your passion and such, the breeze of your sun I long for much. Imitated visions of your body caressing me in silent love scenes untamed; burned like a moth drawn to your flame.
Traded thoughts for images and shallow thoughtless tries, all I ever I hoped for and never got to say good-bye. Stripped of all innocence and questioned if my fidelity was true, faded pictures of a love long time gone-I miss you.
